Profile

Gary is a Partner in our Charlottetown office, and is the Firm’s Regional Manager for Prince Edward Island. Gary’s practice is focused on business law, corporate finance, and real estate transactions. Gary has a particular interest in working with entrepreneurs in start-up and growth companies, and assisting in areas such as formation, raising capital, and partnership opportunities. He also has broad experience in commercial litigation, having represented clients in various matters before all levels of court in the Province of PEI.

 

Gary is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association. He obtained his LL.B. from UNB Law School, and Masters in International Business Law from the London School of Economics.

 

Gary is actively involved in his community. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Law Foundation of PEI, Board Member of the United Way of PEI and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Charlottetown. Gary is also a past Chair of the Provincial Easter Seals Society Fundraising Campaign, and a past Director of the PEI Division of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
