About Frank

Frank is a partner in the firm’s Moncton office who belongs to the Financial Services, the Corporate and Business and the Real Property and Land Use Planning practice groups. He regularly acts for secured lenders, borrowers and property developers in commercial transactions. With a proven track record in private practice and industry, Frank advises clients on a variety of business issues. He is frequently involved with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, the purchase and sale of businesses, secured financings and real property matters. He has been named Best Lawyers® 2021 Corporate Law “Lawyer of the Year” for Moncton and included again in 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate law.

Prior to returning to McInnes Cooper in 2006, Frank served four years as corporate counsel to a privately held diversified group of companies with activities in numerous sectors throughout Canada and the United States, including consumer goods, processed foods, manufacturing and transportation. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of New Brunswick, and was formerly a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and Law Society of Prince Edward Island, having previously practiced law in each Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. His involvement with the Canadian Bar Association includes formerly being Chair of the Business Law Section for New Brunswick and an Executive Member of the Canadian Counsel Association – New Brunswick Chapter.
