About Duncan

Duncan’s practice focuses on corporate commercial, corporate finance and corporate governance and he routinely provides advice regarding acquisitions, lender side financing, tech startups and general corporate commercial issues. He also gives advice and assistance on acquisitions, venture capital investments and lender side financing.

Duncan graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014. While attending Schulich School of Law, Duncan was on the Dean’s List and won several awards, including a Schulich Scholarship, the G.O. Forsyth Prize and the Professor Arthur L Foote Memorial Bursary. He enjoys working with local businesses and assisting them to grow in their community.

Coming from a former career as a public school teacher and with an undergraduate degree in Physics, Duncan brings a unique blend of skills and interests to the practice of law.
