Profile

Denise is a Partner in our Moncton office who practices in the areas of asset recovery and insolvency, corporate and business transactions, including shareholder agreements, and real property and land use planning. She works with major developers in the acquisition, subdivision and development of multi-phased residential and commercial projects, with institutional lenders in major secured project transactions in greater Moncton area and as arbitrator/adjudicator in New Brunswick Small Claims Court.

 

Denise is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers’ Association and the Canadian Defence Counsel. She is also a member of the Competence Committee and Reviewing Officer of the Law Society of New Brunswick. Denise is an instructor with the New Brunswick Bar Admission Course in the areas of Landlord and Tenant, Insurance Law, Real Estate and Commercial Law, and Advocacy. She guest lectures at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Moncton and volunteers with numerous other organizations within her community.
