Danielle is an Associate in our Fredericton office who practices in the area of litigation, particularly in the area of insurance defence. She primarily represents insurers with respect to personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents and long term disability claims.
Although Danielle works to achieve pre-trial resolutions for clients through negotiated settlements, settlement conferences and meditation, her litigation experience includes appearances before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Small Claims Court. Recently, she has also gained experience in the area of professional regulation.
Danielle is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the York-Sudbury Law Society, the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Advocates’ Society.
A keen volunteer, Danielle is also a member of the Dance Fredericton Fundraising Committee, a board member of The Ville, and a CBA Women Lawyers’ Forum volunteer.
