Profile

Crystal is a Counsel in our Moncton office.  Crystal worked in sales and customer service management of a private sector transportation company before attending law school.  The first few years of her practice in British Columbia and New Brunswick were focused on corporate and commercial work. For almost 10 years, practice has focused on providing employment advice and litigation and dispute resolution services to our clients, including employment agreements, hiring, discipline and terminations, employee stock and shareholder plans and option plans, Human Rights Act issues, Employment Standards Act issues, and Canada Labour Code issues.

 

Acting primarily on behalf of employers, Crystal has advised and represented a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from large, multi-national corporations to small and medium sized businesses in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces, both engaged in a variety of industries.

Crystal speaks at numerous events, and regularly presents to the members of the N.B. Human Resources Association.

 

Crystal is an active member of the New Brunswick Human Resources Association, the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE),  the New Brunswick the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and the Moncton Area Lawyers’ Association.
