Profile

Chris is an Associate in the firm’s Halifax office practicing in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. He advises clients on transactions such as initial public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

 

Prior to joining McInnes Cooper, Chris was in-house legal counsel with a prominent Canadian wealth management company, and he has also worked as an Associate in the Toronto office of a major Canadian law firm.
