Profile

Charles acts as Counsel in our Fredericton office and provides a variety of services to corporate clients for incorporations, amalgamations, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and securities. He acts as corporate solicitor providing ongoing legal advice to businesses in a number of industries and assists business owners in matters relating to corporate succession, including wills and estate planning and provides legal advice to chartered banks and other lenders on loan agreements, term sheets, offers of financing, security documentation, enforcement and realization.

 

Charles is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick. He also holds a B.A. and B.C.L from the University of New Brunswick.
