About Ben

Ben is a partner in our Halifax office practicing in the areas of corporate and business law.

Ben’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate transactions, debt and equity financing and general corporate matters. Ben provides his clients with guidance on purchase and sale transactions, borrower and lender financing matters, the establishment of business structures, and other commercial matters. He regularly works with private corporations, lending institutions, business owners, entrepreneurs, and charitable and non-profit organizations to achieve exceptional results.

Ben is a part-time faculty member at the Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law where he teaches Corporate Transactions.
