Profile

Barry is a Partner in our St. John’s office with a corporate and business law practise with a dedicated focus on real property work. Over the last decade Barry has developed a substantial real property practise which includes both residential and commercial purchases, sales, and refinancings, quieting of title applications, commercial subdivisions land acquisition and development, commercial leasing, and any and all real property related matters throughout the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

 

Barry is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. In addition to having an LLB from Dalhousie University, Barry attended the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University (Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) 1996), and the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie University (MBA 2000).
