Profile

Ann Marie’s practice includes litigation, alternative dispute resolution, insurance, employment and commercial matters. She represents private and public corporations on litigation and risk management matters and regularly provides advice to in-house legal counsel, legal departments and insurance companies. Ann Marie has appeared before all levels of courts in New Brunswick, various administrative tribunals in New Brunswick and Ontario, the Prince Edward Island Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada.

 

Ann Marie is active in the New Brunswick Law Society and is a past member of Council. She is also Past Chair of the Law Day Section of the Canadian Bar Association–NB Young Lawyers section. She is a frequent lecturer at the New Brunswick Bar Admission Course and instructs in the areas of advocacy, insurance and civil litigation.
